Per-Olov Kindgren - "AFTER SILENCE" "After Silence" contains 23 pieces for solo guitar, composed by Per-Olov Kindgren himself. The music is melodic, accessable but not "easy and plain". It has it's influences from many periods and styles; classical, latin, folkmusic, even popmusic. Mr. Kindgren has achieved to "melt" this into his own, personal style. The guitar's sound and melodic ability is always in focus. The last can also be said about Mr. Kindgren's playing style too: warmth, melody, careing for the music, love for the details and sound are more important to him than virtuosity. As has been said in earlier reviews, I've been watching Peo's videos on YouTube for quite some time, and have many of them saved as favorites. I even created a player to attach to my MySpace page so that I could listen to them while at work. Now that I have this CD, I can enjoy his brilliance not only at work, but on my drive to and from work, or where ever I travel.  This CD definately gives you a reason to smile, and calms the nerves of a hectic day at work, and allows you to navigate the relentless beckoning of anger while fighting rush hour traffic.Thank you Peo!
